Since November 2008, Brawn and Body has been supplying quality and stylish Yoga and MMA clothing in Regina.· During our first year of business, we built solid relationships and loyal customers.· We soon outgrew our original location and needed to expand.

July 2010 marked the long-awaited re-opening of Brawn and Body at 2723 E Quance St.· This new location is twice as big as, and ten times better than our old location.·· We have a new logo, a new look, and the same great customer service you’ve come to expect.· By expanding, we are able to offer you a larger selection of yoga and lifestyle apparel, as well as Martial Arts supplies and apparel.

We are proud to provide you with quality Canadian made yoga and lifestyle apparel from Lotuswear, Dedicated Clothing, Skyler and Go Figure.· We also carry PrAna - an eco-friendly American clothing company, who support and encourage the use of organic cotton, fair trade and wind power initiatives.· We carry sizes 0-24, and have styles and fits to suit every body.

Due to an overwhelming response, our Martial Arts lines have expanded as well! We now carry Affliction, FairTex, Hayabusa, TapOut, Warrior, Silver Star and Sprawl.·We have partnered with the industry leaders, Century Martial Arts, to provide you with Martial Arts equipment, uniforms, belts, sparring gear and much more.
